400g biscuits 200g (3/4 cup) butter, melted 100g (1 cup) powdered sugar 3 whole eggs 1 yolk 500g mascarpone 250g cream cheese 150g peanut butter For the caramel: 200g (1 cup) sugar 130ml (1/2 cup) cream 100g butter 1/2 tsp salt

To make this mouthwatering cheesecake, you'll need 400g of biscuits, 200g of melted butter, 100g of powdered sugar, 3 whole eggs, 1 yolk, 500g of mascarpone cheese, 250g of cream cheese, and 150g of peanut butter.
